This is a hybrid position requiring at least one day per week in the Cincinnati office for meetings, events, and training. Additional office days may be assigned based on supervisor guidance. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a 35-hour work week.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the CASAManager database; act as the main administrator
  • Provide continuous training and technical support to agency staff and volunteers using the database
  • Resolve database issues partnering with vendors where necessary
  • Develop, document, and enforce data management policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to uphold data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with operational units to improve data gathering and ensure consistent data entry practices
  • Create, update, and improve dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to track agency performance and outcomes
  • Work across departments to identify reporting needs and automate regular reporting processes
  • Design clear visualizations for leadership, staff, and board members to aid comprehension of complex data
  • Analyze data related to case progress, volunteer engagement, and agency operations to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in defining KPIs and outcome measurements supporting program evaluation and agency goals
  • Produce detailed reports and presentations summarizing analytic findings and strategic recommendations
  • Support forecasting, benchmarking, and predictive analytics to aid organizational planning and resource distribution
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as requested to support strategic initiatives
  • Engage in agency-wide goal setting, monitor progress, and understand cross-team programs to foster collaboration

  • Represent ProKids effectively to external stakeholders
  • Support volunteer recruitment and training processes and communicate volunteer status
