Job Overview

A Hilton / IHG affiliated hotel in Fort Worth and Dallas is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Agent. This position requires strong customer service skills and professionalism to effectively manage guest interactions and hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests and efficiently perform check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations and respond to phone inquiries promptly.
Accurately handle payment transactions and maintain proper records.
Attend to guest needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this role is $10 to $12 per hour.
