A Hilton / IHG affiliated hotel in Fort Worth and Dallas is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Agent. This position requires strong customer service skills and professionalism to effectively manage guest interactions and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and efficiently perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and respond to phone inquiries promptly.
- Accurately handle payment transactions and maintain proper records.
- Attend to guest needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Compensation
The pay range offered for this role is $10 to $12 per hour.
