Job Overview
Seeking a Field Service Technician to execute installation, routine servicing, and maintenance tasks on cold storage units, HVAC systems, chiller plants, refrigeration apparatus, and air conditioning equipment. This role demands on-site visits for troubleshooting, technical repairs, and providing field service support while observing safety and operational protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain cold storage and refrigeration systems including HVAC and chiller plants.
- Identify and fix technical faults through effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Support field service activities through regular site visits.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
- Liaise with customers and managers to coordinate service schedules and updates.
- Maintain comprehensive service documentation and daily work logs.
- Ensure that safety guidelines and operational standards are strictly followed at job sites.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities.
- Experience managing field service assignments.
