  • Employ a consultative approach leveraging technical expertise in Cash and Trade to create innovative solutions aligned with client needs, including structuring deals and responding to RFPs.
  • Develop market insights to craft bespoke open account solutions such as Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance, ensuring high-quality client experiences.
  • Design liquidity and liability products that contribute to CASA generation while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Proactively manage fraud and compliance risks associated with Cash and Trade solutions.
  • Drive adoption of the bank’s electronic channels for all new and existing clients to enhance digital engagement.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of Cash and Trade deals in cooperation with coverage teams, focusing on deal closure and regular stakeholder communication.
  • Support the creation of quality credit proposals to facilitate Trade facility structuring and manage transactional risks profitably.
  • Ensure ancillary cash management services are retained within the bank.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction through delivery of exemplary service.
  • Facilitate collaboration with regional and cross-regional partners to enable seamless cross-border transactions.
  • Generate leads by cross-selling Cash and Trade products to existing clients and aid business development for new customers.
  • Provide technical support to coverage teams in proposal development and participate in securing mandates through effective RFP responses.
