About the Role
We are building a network of highly capable Executive Assistants to support leading companies, entrepreneurs, family offices, private equity and venture capital firms, luxury brands, and dynamic organizations in Miami. This role offers on-site, hybrid, and remote work options with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage intricate calendars and schedule coordination across various time zones.
- Organize both domestic and international travel plans, including itinerary preparation and expense management.
- Prepare essential meeting materials such as presentations, agendas, and follow-up notes.
- Handle screening of communications and manage executive correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and events internally and with external partners.
- Act as a trusted intermediary among executives, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Offer support for special projects and operational needs as they arise.
- Perform personal assistant duties as required by the position.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience providing executive support to senior or C-suite leaders.
- Exceptional skills in organization, communication, and time management.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines efficiently in fast-paced settings.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Professional and polished appearance paired with sound judgment and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
