What you will do

  • Handle several complex calendars at once, prioritizing commitments and adjusting schedules as needs change.

  • Plan logistics for conferences, board sessions, and industry events.
  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Organize complex domestic and international travel, along with related meeting arrangements.
  • Assist with special projects for the investment team as required.
  • Work with the broader Executive Assistant team to maintain standards and provide backup support when needed.
