This is a full-time Executive Assistant opportunity with a respected Silicon Valley venture capital firm in Menlo Park, CA. The role goes beyond traditional scheduling and administrative support: you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping manage priorities, streamline communication, and keep the investment team operating smoothly.

What you will do
- Handle several complex calendars at once, prioritizing commitments and adjusting schedules as needs change.
- Oversee a high volume of email traffic, using judgment to determine follow-up and action items.
- Arrange senior-level meetings with founders, limited partners, board members, and other external contacts.
- Communicate on behalf of the Partners in a polished, responsive, and highly detailed manner.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with portfolio company leaders, board members, limited partners, and other executive assistants.
- Plan logistics for conferences, board sessions, and industry events.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time.
- Organize complex domestic and international travel, along with related meeting arrangements.
- Assist with special projects for the investment team as required.
- Work with the broader Executive Assistant team to maintain standards and provide backup support when needed.

Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior partners.
- Prior experience in venture capital or private equity is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft Office capability, including advanced Outlook proficiency.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000, based on experience. In addition, the package includes a bonus, fully paid healthcare coverage, profit sharing, and other benefits.
Location
This role is based onsite in Menlo Park, California.
