About the Role

We are inviting applications for a Driver position at our Woodford location, responsible for servicing the Woodford area and its surroundings. This role suits individuals who enjoy managing their own daily schedule while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Traveling to multiple customer locations to collect and dispose of hazardous waste including sharp containers, poisons, dental waste, and other dangerous materials
• Maintaining safety standards for your vehicle and practicing cautious driving in line with RI Drive Smart guidelines
• Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving license held for over two years with no more than six penalty points
• Physical capability to manually handle loading and unloading of various waste units and bins
• Holding an ADR certificate is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent communication abilities and commitment to high customer service standards
• Flexibility to adapt work patterns according to business needs
• Proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative effectively
• Potential requirement to undergo DBS check depending on specific responsibilities
