Role Overview

As a Dispatch & Logistic Executive, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling daily dispatch operations, focusing on efficient route management to reduce transportation costs while enhancing delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and organize daily dispatch schedules, optimizing routes for cost-efficiency and timely deliveries.
Prepare essential documentation including tax invoices, waybills, and delivery notes.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with external transport vendors, negotiate service terms, and oversee driver adherence to schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records coupled with stock reconciliation processes.
Ensure compliance with local safety guidelines and internal quality standards during loading and dispatch operations.
Handle and resolve issues like shipping delays, damages or discrepancies swiftly.
Compile and analyze dispatch reports covering metrics such as On-Time Delivery and cost-to-serve to suggest operational improvements.
