Responsibilities

• Professionally manage all incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Respond promptly to customer queries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers throughout their journey.
• Maintain precise customer records and perform data management duties.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless customer experiences.
• Deliver courteous, solution-focused customer support consistently.

Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Proficient computer skills and capable typing speed.
• Strong aptitude in data handling and record maintenance.
• Quick learner with efficient organizational abilities.
• Capability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Compensation
