About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Female Customer Support Executive to join our Hyderabad-based team on a full-time basis. Ideal candidates should be passionate about engaging with customers, resolving issues, and consistently delivering high-quality customer service for the long term.
Responsibilities
- Professionally manage all incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond promptly to customer queries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.

- Maintain precise customer records and perform data management duties.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver courteous, solution-focused customer support consistently.
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Proficient computer skills and capable typing speed.
- Strong aptitude in data handling and record maintenance.
