About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our healthcare delivery team based in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. This position requires providing timely and courteous assistance to customers regarding their medicine deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer calls professionally.
Track and communicate the status and location of medicine orders to customers.
Provide estimated delivery timeframes.
Resolve queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

Working Hours and Schedule

The office hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with rotating weekly off days, meaning your weekly day off may vary each week.

Additional Information

A transport facility is available to pick you up and drop you off between the office and Juinagar Railway Station.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
Basic computer literacy.
Polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Availability to work the specified shift timings with a rotating day off each week.
