About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our healthcare delivery team based in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. This position requires providing timely and courteous assistance to customers regarding their medicine deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls professionally.
- Track and communicate the status and location of medicine orders to customers.
- Provide estimated delivery timeframes.
- Resolve queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Working Hours and Schedule
The office hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with rotating weekly off days, meaning your weekly day off may vary each week.
Additional Information
A transport facility is available to pick you up and drop you off between the office and Juinagar Railway Station.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Availability to work the specified shift timings with a rotating day off each week.
