About the Role

We are looking to fill the position of Customer Experience Advisor for a client based in Ras al Khaimah. This is a permanent contract role requiring onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including calls, chats, and emails.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Promote and cross-sell banking products to meet set sales goals.
Adhere to compliance and security guidelines, including fraud prevention measures.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to ensure service quality standards.

Requirements

Prior experience in contact center or customer service roles is mandatory.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Thorough knowledge of banking products, processes, and customer service principles.
Proficient in complaint handling and customer issue resolution.
