About the Role
We are looking to fill the position of Customer Experience Advisor for a client based in Ras al Khaimah. This is a permanent contract role requiring onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including calls, chats, and emails.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products to meet set sales goals.
- Adhere to compliance and security guidelines, including fraud prevention measures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to ensure service quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in contact center or customer service roles is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Thorough knowledge of banking products, processes, and customer service principles.
- Proficient in complaint handling and customer issue resolution.
