Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Sales Executive to join Pet Super Bazaar in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. This role requires fluent English communication for engaging effectively with customers. A passion for pet care combined with sales and customer support skills is essential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shop activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct telecalling and follow-up tasks to maintain customer engagement.
- Respond promptly to phone and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate pet products and grooming services.
- Organize appointments, handle billing, and maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to boost sales performance.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi; fluent English mandatory.
- Professional, confident, well-groomed, and customer-centric personality.
- Enthusiasm for sales, customer service, and shop management.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience in telecalling or customer support is advantageous.
- Honest, responsible, self-driven, and career-focused mindset.
- Genuine love for pets with comfort around dogs and cats.
- No allergies to pets or pet hair, given the salon and store environment.
