Primary Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct telecalling and follow-up tasks to maintain customer engagement.
• Respond promptly to phone and WhatsApp inquiries from customers.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate pet products and grooming services.
• Organize appointments, handle billing, and maintain comprehensive customer records.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to boost sales performance.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi; fluent English mandatory.
• Professional, confident, well-groomed, and customer-centric personality.
• Enthusiasm for sales, customer service, and shop management.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience in telecalling or customer support is advantageous.

• No allergies to pets or pet hair, given the salon and store environment.
