Job description
Role Overview
The position focuses on promoting FR8 Logistics' technology app through outbound calls, aiming to enhance connectivity and streamline operations for client companies. The role involves engaging with leads sourced online, providing detailed explanations of the app's benefits, and facilitating onboarding of businesses onto the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via outbound calling using leads supplied from online sources.
- Effectively communicate how the FR8 app addresses client challenges and improves operational connectivity.
- Successfully onboard companies onto the FR8 technology application.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers while encouraging increased use of FR8 services.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth coordination of truck connections with customers.
