Role Overview – Crewing Officer

We seek a Crewing Officer experienced in maritime companies or crewing agencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate practical skills in managing and coordinating seafarers and crew logistics.

• Coordinating crew movements and activities effectively.
• Screening and categorizing crew members based on rank, vessel classification, experience records, certifications, and client specifications.
• Maintaining detailed crew databases and records.
• Handling joining and sign-off formalities, documentation, medical checks, training schedules, and travel logistics.
• Communicating proficiently with seafarers, vessel teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Candidacy Requirements

• Applicants must have relevant prior experience in shipping or crew management roles.
• Preference will be given to those with past positions such as Crewing Officer or Crewing Executive with practical exposure to crew management processes.
• Experience in the shipping industry or crew management is mandatory.
