Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development and execution for all brand assets including paid ads, packaging, trade show booths, and sales materials, ensuring a polished, consistent visual identity.
  • Design and oversee packaging artwork for new flavors, product lines, and certification adjustments, managing dielines, print specifications, and pre-press communications with printers.
  • Direct and manage creation of paid social and digital advertising content in collaboration with the paid media agency, continuously optimizing for performance.
  • Produce compelling sales tools such as sell sheets, retailer line-review decks, and point-of-sale displays that effectively support sales efforts.

  • Proficient expert user of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with packaging production processes such as dielines, print specs, and pre-press, or the ability to quickly learn these skills.
  • Experience crafting trade and retail marketing designs that deliver both visual appeal and performance results.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing premium packaging polish and engaging paid social media creativity.
  • Strong project management capabilities, capable of juggling multiple projects, managing vendor schedules, and meeting strict deadlines.
  • A refined aesthetic sense with knowledge of premium food brands and a clear vision for what defines a premium rice brand's image.
