About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Administrator / Paralegal to join a reputable manufacturing company's legal and compliance team. This fully remote position, suited for candidates in the Central or Eastern Time zones, offers a competitive salary along with excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle utilizing the company's contract management system.
- Act as the system administrator for HighQ, handling rule setups, permissions, template automation, user profile configuration, and dynamic form creation.
- Upload and migrate company agreements into HighQ.
- Extract vital contract data to support reporting needs.
- Track contract deadlines and renewal dates, issuing timely alerts to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure contract records and documentation are accurately maintained and updated.
- Support corporate entity governance, including entity formation, annual filings, and maintaining corporate record books.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal certification and/or associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of three years' experience as an in-house paralegal within a legal department.
- Proven experience managing a contract management system.
- Familiarity with corporate entity maintenance is preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to manage and configure adaptable software platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, less than 10% annually.
