HINOPT invites proactive and driven individuals to join our team as Business Growth Specialists. This full-time position is entirely remote and commission-based, ideal for those enthusiastic about fostering business development and establishing robust client connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify promising business prospects and establish initial contact.
- Represent HINOPT's services with professionalism and clarity.
- Comprehend client needs and cultivate enduring relationships.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads.
- Keep meticulous records in the CRM system to track interactions.
- Strive to meet daily outreach targets and monthly sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate (10+2) or higher.
- Open to applicants with or without prior professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Compensation Details
- Earn 40% commission on international projects.
- Receive 15% commission on projects within India.
- No guaranteed base salary unless separately agreed upon by HINOPT.
