About the Role

BoredroomX is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to join our innovative team specializing in team building solutions. This full-time remote position based in Dubai offers a combination of fixed salary and commission incentives. We prioritize enthusiasm and willingness to learn over extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their team building needs and suggest customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals and ensure persistent follow-ups.
• Coordinate and conduct client meetings via virtual platforms, calls, or in-person when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems diligently.
• Develop and nurture relationships with vendors.
• Achieve sales goals, which commence after an initial one-month training period.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; entry-level candidates with fresh enthusiasm are welcome.
• Exhibit clear and confident communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Display eagerness to learn and accept coaching.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Hold a valid visa; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
• The company supplies a SIM card for calls.
