This role involves leading comprehensive training initiatives aimed at elevating the employability of thousands of students by delivering high-quality educational programs.
Role Overview
This position is designed for an individual passionate about developing industry-ready students through extensive Soft Skills, Aptitude Training, leadership, and team management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver Soft Skills and Aptitude training programs university-wide.
- Develop training materials, assessments, and educational content tailored for student development.
- Enhance student employability by initiating effective strategic learning projects.
- Guide and mentor training staff to ensure consistent, high-standard program delivery.
- Utilize performance data analysis to drive continuous improvements in training effectiveness.
- Work closely with academic departments and stakeholders to uphold training excellence throughout the institution.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years experience in Soft Skills and Aptitude Training, including at least 2 years in leadership positions.
- Strong skills in team leadership, operational management, communication, curriculum design, and data analysis.
- Proficient with MS Office suite, including Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
