Position Overview
The Planungsbüro Wagner, located in Bad Reichenhall and active since 1989, is seeking an architect to join their team. The firm specializes in renovation and extension projects of existing structures, believing these represent the most compelling architectural challenges. Their project range includes custom architectural commissions, public building projects, energy-efficient renovations, and social housing developments. They are currently involved in the timber-built extension of the Sparkasse Freilassing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of projects independently, from initial concept to completion.
- Prepare tender documents and manage awarding processes.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, authorities, and technical planners.
- Plan and implement renovation, conversion, and new construction projects.
- Develop tailored architectural solutions for existing buildings.
Requirements & Candidate Profile
While professional experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in quality architecture, enthusiasm for complex projects, and a readiness to take responsibility. Competency in Archicad or willingness to learn this software is expected.
