Position based in Leipzig, with an on-site work arrangement. Employment is permanent and available full-time or part-time. The role is to start immediately.

The firm integrates design and engineering expertise to develop practical solutions for both new constructions and renovations, managing projects from initial sketches through approvals to ready-to-execute planning.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out efficient planning and coordination of new construction and renovation projects
Manage projects from concept through completion, covering phases HOAI LPH 1–5 and participation in LPH 6–8
Prepare planning documents utilizing ArchiCAD with both 2D and 3D model-based approaches
Develop design drafts and presentations for client proposals
Coordinate with internal and external specialist planners as well as regulatory authorities
Monitor quality, schedules, and costs while documenting project progress

Candidate Profile - Essential Requirements

Generalist with project leadership experience and enthusiasm for active planning
At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture
Completed architectural degree (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor, or equivalent)
Experience in design, approval, and execution planning stages (HOAI LPH 1–5) for building projects
Proficient in ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in German with negotiation-level language skills
Strong social competence, communication skills, and assertiveness
Structured, solution-oriented work approach
Team-oriented mindset

Desirable Additional Skills

Experience with existing building and renovation projects, including detailed planning
Basic knowledge of AVA (BECHMANN) and VOB/A–B regulations
Skills in visualization and presentations
Authorization for building submissions or potential to acquire it
