Role Overview
Our operations team in Clonshaugh, County Dublin, is looking for an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the site administration team. This role is essential for managing operational systems, ensuring compliance, streamlining administrative processes, and driving team performance in a dynamic distribution centre environment.
Strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to shifting business priorities are vital for succeeding in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the administration team to deliver accurate and customer-oriented services.
- Conduct frequent performance reviews, offering coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative, high-achieving culture.
- Manage warehouse, transport, and customer system administration; identify process improvements and serve as the primary contact for operational systems.
- Ensure timely, precise reporting on operational KPIs and business metrics; support system updates, testing, and new process implementations.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transport, finance, and customer service units to meet customer needs through efficient data governance and administrative oversight.
- Promote health and safety culture by assisting managers with compliance documentation, audits, training records, and operational protocols.
- Contribute to wider continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational and customer service excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience managing warehouse or operational administration teams, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or logistics sectors.
- Expertise with operational systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS), or SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving aptitudes capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, able to foster strong working relationships at all organizational levels.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
Role Details and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary up to 4,000 per annum for a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, with flexibility required.
