About the Role
Rooman Technologies, established in 1999, is a frontrunner in skill development and IT learning, having empowered over 1.2 million individuals across 198 cities. We are seeking a dedicated Zoho Account Executive to join our Bangalore office and contribute to maintaining precise financial records and ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed and accurate accounting records and track all financial transactions.
- Generate and process sales and purchase invoices efficiently.
- Oversee both accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely transactions.
- Conduct thorough bank and ledger reconciliations to verify account accuracy.
- Create payment vouchers and manage vendor payments effectively.
- Support financial closing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare documentation related to GST and TDS, aiding compliance with Indian statutory regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software, particularly Zoho Books.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and related statutory compliance requirements.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical capabilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills to handle accounting tasks and team coordination.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or related discipline; MBA in finance or M.Com qualification is considered advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience to apply for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
The yearly salary for this role ranges between ₹250,000 and ₹300,000. A formal job offer will be extended upon selection.

This full-time position is based onsite in Bangalore. Immediate joining is preferred.
