Role Overview
The Yoga Studio Owner based in Bapatla is responsible for the comprehensive management and growth of the yoga studio within the college and hospital premises. Key duties include organizing class timetables, supervising instructors, managing client registrations and memberships, and maintaining a safe, inviting, and clean practice space. The role entails designing programs that resonate with the institution's holistic care philosophy, including group classes, workshops, and specialized therapeutic sessions.
Additional core tasks involve financial oversight, staff supervision, conducting marketing strategies to attract and retain clientele, and working jointly with medical and academic personnel to integrate yoga practices into larger treatment and educational frameworks. Continuous quality assessment, client feedback collection, ensuring adherence to institutional policies, and participating in community engagement are also vital responsibilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Extensive experience in yoga instruction and studio management encompassing scheduling, client interaction, and health and safety standards.
- Proven track record in developing wellness, rehabilitative, or therapeutic yoga programs, preferably within healthcare or educational settings.
- Strong managerial skills to oversee staff, coordinate schedules, and handle daily administrative functions.
- Fundamental business acumen in budgeting, marketing, and member management for a wellness center of small to medium size.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work cooperatively with health professionals, educators, and diverse clienteles.
- Certification in yoga instruction from accredited bodies; supplementary qualifications in naturopathy or integrative health are advantageous.
- Capacity to sustain a professional, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere for all learners and clients.
- Readiness to work full-time on-site in Bapatla with flexible scheduling to accommodate class and operational needs.
