Job description
Role Overview
The WIS Field Specialist is charged with ensuring the safe, efficient, and dependable delivery of PSD services to customers. This role focuses on identifying enhancing opportunities in service delivery, standardizing procedures, and risk management during operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately complete job deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Oversee and execute service delivery tasks competently.
- Contribute to job risk evaluations and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to advocate company products and services.
- Comply with company and regulatory standards through conducting CATs, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Engage in Service Quality Meetings with clients, and utilize action plans to enhance performance.
- Participate actively in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality programs.
- Adhere to HSE policies by using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain up-to-date safety training requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree.
- Have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the field.
