Job Overview

The WL Field Specialist - Slickline role centers on ensuring that Pressure Safety Devices (PSD) services are executed safely, efficiently, and reliably for clients. The specialist is tasked with identifying ways to enhance service quality, standardizing work processes, and managing associated risks throughout service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely job outcomes.
• Manage the successful execution of service delivery.
• Conduct job risk assessments and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to promote company offerings.
• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards by carrying out Corrective Action Tracking (CAT), self-assessments, and on-site well inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings alongside clients and contribute to performance improvement through targeted action plans.
• Engage actively in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality initiatives.
• Consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment and comply with all HSE policies.
• Maintain up-to-date safety training credentials.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience is required to qualify for this role.
