Position Overview

We are looking to strengthen our workshop team at the Dresden location (postal code 01108) with a Workshop Technician / Mechanic / Career Changer (m/f/d) for technical service in internal operations. You will know exactly what hydraulic systems and machines need and provide customers with HANSA-FLEX products and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Use your technical expertise to conduct proficient consultation sessions, addressing all hydraulics-related questions from customers.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities for our products.
• Assemble hydraulic hose lines manually and prepare delivery notes.
• Coordinate workshop operations responsibly, managing the logistics process and keeping an eye on inventory and stock levels.

Qualifications

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, such as agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or industrial mechanic; however, applicants with solid technical skills but without formal training are encouraged to apply.
• Ideally, you have prior experience working in the hydraulics industry.
• You are a dependable, technically skilled team player who excels in customer interaction with sales acumen, advisory ability, and service orientation.
