Workshop Coach in Origami & Furoshiki Wrapping

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Workshop Coach specializing in Origami and Furoshiki wrapping to conduct engaging cultural workshops. This role involves teaching the traditional Japanese arts of paper folding and fabric wrapping, while creating a warm and lively learning environment that motivates participants and fosters a strong connection to Japanese culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interactive workshops demonstrating Origami folding techniques and the art of eco-friendly Furoshiki wrapping.
• Create an enjoyable, educational atmosphere that encourages participant engagement and fosters creativity.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing tailored assistance and ensuring memorable experiences for attendees.
• Build strong relationships with workshop participants to promote repeat attendance and word-of-mouth referrals.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to engage and entertain attendees, making the learning process interactive and fun.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and creating a welcoming environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency suitable for professional communication.
• Eligible to work in Australia on visas such as Working Holiday, Student, Business, Permanent Resident, Citizen, or Tourist.
