The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, office coordination, or operations support, with a track record of working with multiple stakeholders in a professional environment. Experience in a technology or SaaS company is preferred.
Skills and Attributes

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration platforms is needed. Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Gmail / Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar systems is preferred. The candidate should also be able to handle confidential information carefully, pay close attention to detail, prioritize competing tasks, and work independently in a hybrid setting.

They are good at anticipating what needs to happen next, enjoy solving problems early, and naturally build relationships across departments. They should be comfortable leading culture and engagement efforts, remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to keeping a remote-first workforce connected.
