Position Overview
We are searching for an energetic Community Manager & Executive Coordinator who excels at connecting people, organizing events, and nurturing company culture within a hybrid setting. This critical role balances fostering team engagement and executing executive administrative duties, supporting our President and COO. You will split your efforts between designing dynamic internal cultural initiatives to unify our dispersed staff and managing day-to-day executive operations.
Key Duties
- Plan and execute a monthly schedule of hybrid and online team events, social activities, and friendly contests to maintain an engaging work atmosphere across locations.
- Lead initiatives like randomized employee pairings to foster cross-departmental collaboration, communication, and personal connection.
- Collaborate with HR to enhance and gamify new hire onboarding, ensuring a welcoming and culturally immersive experience.
- Maintain an energetic and inclusive workplace vibe within both the physical Lone Tree office and virtual platforms such as Slack and Teams.
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for the President and COO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
- Organize executive meetings, all-hands, and cross-team discussions; create comprehensive agendas, coordinate logistics, and monitor follow-up tasks.
- Coordinate travel plans, expense submissions, vendor relations for events, and overall office operations support.
- Assist with special projects, research, presentation preparation, project tracking, and maintaining accurate company documentation.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in roles focused on hospitality, community engagement, event planning, or high-level administrative and operational support; familiarity with tech or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Comfort with digital tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, although equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
Core Strengths
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of shifting seamlessly between diverse responsibilities.
- Superior communication skills, able to energize digital channels, write compelling company-wide messages, and engage with all levels of staff from developers to executives.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive executive information.
Personal Attributes
- Passionate about people and fostering a positive, collaborative remote work environment.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses challenges before they escalate.
- Adaptable under pressure, capable of pivoting effectively in a dynamic SaaS business context.
Reporting & Collaboration
This role reports directly to the President and works closely with the COO, executive team, HR, Finance, Product, Operations, Enterprise Sales, and other departments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience, with performance bonuses.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
- Generous paid time off and recognized holidays.
- Parental leave benefits.
- Support for professional development and career growth.
