Position Summary
We are seeking a Working Student in Supply Management based in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role is integral to our international team and provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain processes within a vibrant and supportive environment.
Job Details
- Start date: August 1, 2026
- Duration: Between 12 and 24 months
- Working hours: 20 hours per week, with potential increase up to 37.5 hours during university breaks
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an international team promoting responsibility and autonomy in a dynamic work setting
- Engage in professional growth with coaching and mentorship support
- Contribute to achievement of supply planning objectives for internationally sourced products
- Assist in phasing products in and out, managing supplier transitions, calculating supply plans, and following up on orders
- Maintain communication with regional distribution centers and international business partners
- Prepare stock and order analyses, including generating stock snapshots and reports
- Support management of stock levels to avoid shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete goods by actively coordinating with customers and suppliers
Candidate Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Strong aptitude for teamwork and communication
- Demonstrates openness, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
- Possesses analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Good command of English, as it is the corporate language
