About the role
In this working student position, you will support the Audi engineering team with process allocation, completion, and continuous improvement activities. The role also includes preparing documentation and creating graphical materials and PowerPoint presentations. It offers a broad view of how development work is organized in the automotive seating sector.

Responsibilities
- Work with development teams to understand everyday tasks and operating routines.
- Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and update documentation related to workflows and procedures.
- Build clear visual materials such as process maps and presentations to support communication.
- Interview internal stakeholders to capture existing practices and requirements.
- Help implement workflow and SharePoint solutions using Microsoft 365.
- Look into possible uses of AI tools such as Foundry and Copilot in development activities.
Requirements
- A technical education is helpful, but it is not mandatory.
- Preferred fields of study include business engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial/product design.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude are important.
- The ability to work in a structured and goal-focused manner is needed.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
- You should be open to learning and able to collaborate with different teams.
- English fluency is required.
- Basic German language skills are required.
- Familiarity with data management systems is an advantage.
