Shell is offering a 3-year graduate programme in Australia aimed at preparing future leaders through structured development. What you will do

Eligibility

To be considered for this graduate programme, you must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship when you apply. You should either be in your final year of study or have less than 3 years of work experience in your chosen discipline. Candidates also need to be available to begin a full-time permanent role in February 2027. An academic transcript must be included with the application so the team can review the subjects you have studied.
