- Contribute to additional Workday areas and internal systems based on business priorities and your own development goals.
- Track Workday product updates and people technology trends to identify automation and enhancement opportunities.
- Support other internal tools and technologies beyond Workday as part of the wider people technology ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on Workday experience, including 2 to 3 years specifically focused on Time Tracking configuration, rules, and reporting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Time Tracking setup, such as time entry codes, calendars, work schedules, validation rules, time calculations for overtime and shift premiums, holiday rules, and compliance controls.
- Advanced reporting expertise, with the ability to build complex reports and time-based analytics using calculated fields.
- Solid understanding of HCM concepts, including business processes like Hire, Change Job, and Termination, along with configuration areas such as condition rules, organizations, hierarchies, and custom objects.
- Practical knowledge of Workday security, including constrained and unconstrained roles as well as segmented security.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and attention to process efficiency and data integrity.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and turn business requirements into system design.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience
- Background with Workday Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll integrations, including EIBs, PECI, or custom interfaces.
- Exposure to overtime, shift differential, or country-specific labor rule implementation in Workday.
- Familiarity with testing approaches, release management, or regression testing for time-related logic.
- Experience in an international, fast-moving work environment.
- Workday certification in Time Tracking, Payroll, or HCM.
- Interest in learning additional people technology platforms and tools beyond Workday.

- Provident fund benefits and life insurance.
- Flexible work support, including a work-from-home allowance, a 30-day work-from-anywhere benefit, and hybrid working options.
- Unlimited online learning access, in-person development programs at different career stages, and career paths for both managers and individual contributors.
