- Work closely with the HR team on active projects and ongoing people initiatives.
- Support compensation and benefits processes by keeping employee information accurate, assisting with payroll changes, helping manage benefits and recognition programs, and contributing to annual salary review activity.
- Assist with recruitment-related tasks and help support hiring initiatives.
- Contribute to local and global reporting requirements and related HR projects.
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and filing systems with care and accuracy.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or a closely related discipline.
- One to two years of experience in HR is strongly preferred, ideally in a commercial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative work.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Well-developed relationship management skills and the ability to earn trust from stakeholders.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Comfort using IT systems and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.

- High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Basic knowledge of employment law, including the Fair Work Act.
- Permanent work rights in Australia are required for this role.
- Background checks will be required as a condition of employment.

- Access to a learning and development culture, including LinkedIn Learning and other personal development opportunities.
- Employee recognition initiatives with regular acknowledgement and quarterly and annual awards.
- Flexible working supported by a hybrid model that balances office and home working.
- Extra leave benefits, including VGA Day paid leave and birthday leave.
- Discounts on Audi, CUPRA, Skoda, and Volkswagen vehicle purchases.
- Free admission to Dubbo and Taronga Zoo for you and your family.
