Role Overview
This is a full-time, onsite role located in Singapore. While no prior experience in fitness or training is required, comprehensive in-house training will be provided. Apex seeks candidates with strong values, a desire to grow, and adaptability to embrace a culture committed to high standards.
Key Duties
- Serve as the primary Women's Health Specialist by conducting personalized training sessions and health coaching directly at clients' locations.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships based on trust, attentiveness, and genuine care.
- Maintain and uphold the high service standards set by Apex in every client engagement.
- Contribute actively to client retention and enhance the overall client experience with Apex.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in premium service roles such as Singapore Airlines cabin crew, luxury hospitality, or five-star hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possess a strong character, authentic warmth, and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Ready to fully integrate into Apex's culture and working style.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence and a natural orientation toward service.
- Demonstrate passion for women’s health and sincere interest in this field.
- Maintain professionalism, presentability, and discretion at all times.

Compensation Details
Employees will receive a basic salary during a probation period of up to three months. Following confirmation, the monthly salary range is SGD 6000 to SGD 8000.
