Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from 4380 to 5032 EUR, plus additional payments such as special bonuses and shift allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for your residential unit, leading your team with a collaborative and appreciative management approach.
• Deliver direct and expert care focusing on activation, rehabilitation, and respecting residents' autonomy.
• Engage family members proactively, keep them regularly informed about care status, and develop detailed nursing anamnesis and personalized care plans.
• Ensure smooth operation through active participation in quality assurance and drive continuous improvement in care standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training as a qualified nurse, health and nursing professional, geriatric nurse, or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably additional qualification as a responsible nursing professional per § 71 SGB XI.
• Experience leading staff, with abilities to organize teams effectively, make confident decisions, and maintain cooperative interactions.
• Sensitivity and genuine commitment towards residents, addressing their unique needs with confidence and customer orientation.
• Strong identification with and willingness to uphold the organization's diaconal mission.
