Wipro Off Campus Hiring for Trainee Position in Coimbatore

About the Opportunity

Wipro is looking to recruit fresh graduates for the position of Trainee at their Coimbatore location. This role is part of a Pay After Placement Training program designed to place candidates in leading multinational corporations. The offered compensation is an expected package of Rs 3.9 LPA. Candidates will work 11:30 AM to 09:00 PM shifts. A 12-month service agreement is required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering or MCA
• Year of Passing: 2023
• Minimum 60% marks in degree, Higher Secondary (HSC), and Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC)
• No backlogs up to the 7th semester
• Technical proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
• Ability to write and understand both simple and complex SQL queries at an intermediate level
• Strong communication skills including oral, written, and listening abilities
• Great logical and analytical reasoning skills

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and test Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) system to fulfill client requirements
• Use internal tools to set up tables and parameters in the TBA system as per analysis guidelines
• Prepare and execute test cases and test data under supervision of the System Analyst (SA)
• Entry-level role focused on programming, system configuration, and testing related to HR-supporting systems

Interview Process

• Online assessment covering aptitude, grammar, and behavioral evaluation
• Managerial round for candidates clearing the online test
• Final discussion with HR
• Interview dates and venue will be announced in January 2024
