Job description
Job Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work as a recruitment consultant specializing in white collar placements, working remotely from home. Recruiters in this position have the potential to place candidates worth up to 100,000 ZAR, with some billing even higher amounts monthly.
Compensation
- Monthly base salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 ZAR
- Additional commission at 10% on placements valued between $25,000 and $100,000
Working Hours
- UK business hours from 10:00 AM to 8:15 PM (with adjustment for South African daylight saving)
- Total weekly working hours: 47.5
- Daily structure: 3.75 hours phone interaction, 5 hours on research and outreach, 1 hour dedicated to training and meetings
Work Environment and Training
- Collaborate with high-performing recruiters billing $500,000 to $1 million
- Access to extensive and valuable datasets of legal professionals
- Ongoing daily training provided in an exceptional office environment
Requirements
- Strong motivation and high personal drive
- Previous experience in white collar recruitment
- Willingness to work extended hours, including some overlap with US timezones
