Role overview
Xpress Coffee / Biswajit Enterprise is looking for a Work From Home B2B Client Connect & Sales Coordinator to support its corporate tea, coffee vending, and office beverage service business. The position is designed for someone who can communicate confidently with business contacts, follow up consistently, and help move interested companies toward product or service demonstrations.
This is more than a simple calling profile. The work involves professional client interaction, email-based coordination, disciplined follow-ups, and the ability to reach the right decision-makers inside companies.
What you will do
- Reach out to offices and companies through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other online channels
- Speak with company representatives in a professional and courteous manner
- Explain the corporate beverage service clearly and simply
- Gather contact information and keep lead records updated accurately
- Prepare and send introduction emails to prospective clients and follow up regularly
- Coordinate interested prospects and support scheduling of product or service demos
- Keep daily updates, notes, and follow-up records organized
- Work with the internal team on demo coordination and proposal follow-up
Candidate profile
Applicants with prior experience in telecalling, sales coordination, customer coordination, admin support, HR coordination, or business development will be preferred. The role suits people who can communicate well in Bengali, Hindi, and English and can manage follow-up work with consistency.
You must have your own laptop or desktop and a reliable WiFi connection. Since the role is work from home, a disciplined and self-managed approach is essential. We are looking for someone who is confident, polite, patient, and professional, and who can maintain daily reporting properly.

The pay structure includes a fixed salary along with performance-based incentive. The final salary will depend on experience, communication quality, and work discipline.
