About the role

For the Berlin location, the company is looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (m/w/d) who will help shape secure digital solutions and contribute to the future of digital identity and data protection. The role suits someone who works well in a team, thinks ahead, and enjoys building trusted partner relationships in a technology-driven environment.

The employer is part of the Bundesdruckerei Group and operates in the field of digital identities and cryptographic services. As an independent qualified trust service provider, it develops products for businesses, public authorities, and private individuals.

Key responsibilities

  • Win new partners and projects, guide them through onboarding, and help build partner programs.
  • Own the end-to-end development of partner sales strategies and coordinate related work across teams and functions.
  • Sell complex, explanation-heavy solutions, products, and services.
  • Maintain and expand existing partner and customer relationships.
  • Plan and support trade fairs, client events, and sales events independently.
  • Lead contract negotiations with sales and project partners and drive deal closure with partners and customers.

Candidate profile

  • A completed university degree, for example in STEM subjects, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in partner sales for complex, high-value solutions, products, or services, or experience in consulting and building new partner business.
  • Cross-functional and interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally in cloud, certificates, SaaS, data analytics, or VS NfD.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, along with solid communication and facilitation skills.
  • Confident negotiation ability and a results-oriented working style.
  • A business-minded approach and responsible use of resources.
  • Excellent English skills.
