About the Role
Mobishastra Technologies LLC is hiring a Business Development Manager in Qatar to take full ownership of the sales journey from prospecting to deal closure. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong connections with key decision-makers, showcasing the company’s messaging and CPaaS offerings, and securing revenue-generating partnerships. You will represent Mobishastra in the market and engage with enterprise and telecom customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source new business through cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
- Meet prospects, deliver product demonstrations, and work toward closing as many qualified deals as possible.
- Monitor market conditions, evaluate sales potential, and identify trends ahead of competitors.
- Develop lasting client relationships that can lead to repeat business and expanded opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to achieve targets and maintain strong client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT or software industry is required.
- Demonstrated success in software sales and lead generation.
- Exposure to A2P messaging or CPaaS solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience dealing with enterprise customers, preferably in IT or telecom projects, is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in long-term client relationships.
