Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Karol Bagh, Delhi for an Inside Sales Executive. The role focuses on handling incoming and outgoing sales conversations, identifying qualified prospects, and converting leads into customers for the company’s mobile and telecom offerings. The person in this role will support the full sales process, maintain CRM accuracy, work closely with internal teams, and help grow long-term client relationships.

What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to engage prospects and move opportunities forward.
  • Screen leads, assess fit, and progress qualified prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Explain product features, business value, and solution benefits to potential customers.
  • Create quotations, share them with prospects, and follow up until closure or further action.
  • Keep sales CRM records updated with accurate lead, pipeline, and activity information.
  • Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to resolve client questions and support proposals.
  • Deliver prompt customer support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work toward assigned targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications and skills

  • Solid experience in inside sales and end-to-end sales cycle management.
  • Hands-on ability in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with customer service capability.
  • Ability to understand and present technology-based offerings, ideally in telecom or mobile services.
  • B2B sales, SaaS, or digital/telecom exposure will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and online collaboration tools.
  • Good negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities with a target-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent practical background.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Karol Bagh and collaborate effectively with a team.

Salary

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 30,000 to 40,000.
