You will own the strategy and execution of business development and partnership initiatives that convert major industrial OEMs and cybersecurity integrators into durable, revenue-producing channels. The role blends enterprise business development, go-to-market planning, and senior relationship management. Success will require both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery in complex deal environments, along with close collaboration with internal executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is comfortable building partnership programs from the ground up, influencing large enterprise ecosystems, and driving measurable commercial impact.
Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver global partnership and business development plans that support go-to-market priorities and revenue targets.
- Source, negotiate, and formalize strategic alliances with major industrial OEMs and cybersecurity integrators to broaden market access and accelerate growth.
- Develop trusted executive relationships with important partners to support long-term collaboration, shared value creation, and revenue expansion.
- Grow and strengthen indirect sales routes through resellers, systems integrators, and ecosystem partners in priority industries.
- Lead commercial discussions, agreement design, and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance expectations.
- Work in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver partner programs and enablement initiatives smoothly.
- Build partner enablement structures, including training, sales resources, and incentive programs that improve partner performance.
- Track partner results, review performance data, and translate findings into recommendations for improvement and new growth opportunities.
- Study market movements and competitive activity to shape partnership strategy and support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales within enterprise technology or industrial technology settings.
- Proven ability to develop and scale partnerships with global OEMs and/or cybersecurity integrators and resellers.
- Established network across industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure, with exposure to cybersecurity ecosystems preferred.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex commercial deals and managing strategic relationships at the executive level over the long term.
- Strong balance of strategic planning and practical execution in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite leaders.
- Strong analytical capability to assess market trends, partner performance, and expansion opportunities.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
Benefits
- Competitive executive compensation package.
- Performance-based incentives tied to partnership impact and revenue outcomes.
- Remote-friendly flexibility within the United States.
- Chance to build and define a global partnership ecosystem from the beginning.
- Exposure to leading industrial and cybersecurity organizations worldwide.
- Strategic, high-impact role with direct influence on company growth and go-to-market success.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
- Strong long-term career growth potential in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment.
